Selecting Text
One word: Double-click anywhere on the word. With hyphenated words, only the word before the hyphen is highlighted.
One sentence: Hold down the Ctrl key and click anywhere in the sentence.
One paragraph: Double-click in the left-hand space next to the paragraph OR triple click anywhere in the paragraph.
Multiple paragraphs: Double-click and drag in the space to the left of the text.
One line of text: Click in the space immediately to the left of the line.
Multiple lines of text: Click and drag in the space to the left of the lines.
Any word or amount of text: Drag over the text you need to select.
The entire document: Triple-click in the left-hand space OR alternatively use Ctrl A.
